Steve LeMenager
President

Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise at the university level and is a leader in U.S. college and university admissions, having served for many years as the Director of Admission at Princeton University.  He spent 24 years at Princeton in senior leadership roles, not only in the Office of Admission, but also in the areas of Campus Life (director of planning), Communications (senior director) and Development (director of development relations). Steve has presented at numerous national conferences, including the College Board and the National Association for College Admission Counseling. Prior to Princeton, Steve was a high school teacher and basketball coach. He is a graduate of Bowdoin College (A. B.) and Harvard University (Ed. M.) and is an active member of his community, currently serving as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart, in Princeton, New Jersey, where he and his family reside.


Lisa Montgomery

Lisa has over 18 years experience in the college counseling and admissions fields where she has helped thousands of students realize their potential for higher education. She has served as Director of College Counseling in some of the most prestigious independent day schools in the United States, and most recently at the American School of London. Lisa started her career as an admissions officer at the University of Chicago. Lisa has shared her expertise about all aspects of college counseling at numerous national conferences in the United States and Europe; such as the College Board and the National Association for College Admission Counseling in the U.S. and at Oxford University and the Independent Schools Careers Organization in the U.K. She presented on the U.S. National Public Radio on the topic of “Writing the College Essay.” Lisa received her degree in Religion from the University of Chicago.
